Install Site requirements.

Customer supplied items:

Our machines are delivered by curtain side van or lorry, depending on model and size ordered.

Forklift with 2 ton plus capacity, 1.8m fork extensions or equivalent tine length are required to offload.

(Hiab crane lorry can be ordered to deliver at extra cost to the customer)

The delivery area & siting area should be totally clear of obstacles.

 

3 phase Electric supply. ( fitted by qualified electrician):

If you have chosen to purchase a 3 phase supply machine:

32 Amp (5 pin with Neutral) switch isolated outlet sockets. supplied from 32amp D curve breaker in the distribution board. More than 1 may be required depending on machine specification.

This is to be fitted easily accessible when the machine is in place.

 

Also. Matching plugs with Minimum diameter 4mm x 5Core Rubber Cable Flex H07RN-F  cable tails attatched (Long enough to reach neatly from socket to underside centre of the machine frame, or control box power input)

If you have chosen to purchase a SINGLE phase machine:

Single phase Electric supply. ( fitted by qualified electrician):

32 Amp single phase switch isolated socket outlet. supplied from 32 amp D curve breaker in the distribution board. More than 1 may be required depending on machine specification.

This is to be fitted easily accessible when the machine is in place.

ATC machines require a compressed air supply.

A good quality air regulator/ filter .

Ideally with input shut off valve. Outlet 8mm push fit outlet pipe fitting.

This is to be fitted easily accessible when the machine is in place.

Please note: ATC spindle requires a 100psi MINIMUM constant clean dry compressed air supply.

Compressor should ideally have minimum 50 litre tank and be set to switch on below 105psi. off at 130psi.

Very important. The compressor tank must either have auto drain or drain tap to drain all moisture daily before use.
